Milestone 2, supply chain integration, targeted for January 2027, is 45% complete and flagged amber after two trading partners changed EDI specs mid-quarter. Milestone 3, data cleansing, targeted for March 2027, is 85% complete with 1.9M of 2.2M records validated. Milestone 4, training and change management, targeted for May 2027, is 30% complete — curriculum built, first plant cohorts scheduled for August. Program spend to date is $8.4M against the $11.2M approved budget. Two asks for the committee: backfill the two open data-analyst roles, and a decision on whether Plant 4 joins wave one or wave two.
