These terms govern your use of Nasada. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service. Nasada is a set of AI-assisted tools for specific kinds of work: writing (emails, memos, promotional copy and speeches), persuasion playbooks, research briefs and fact checks. Each tool asks you a few questions and produces a result from your answers using AI models. Every run shows its price before you submit it. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Nasada. You sign in with a link or code sent to your email address, so keeping that mailbox secure is what keeps your account secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Nasada is currently invite-only; we may decline to open an account, and we may close accounts that break these terms.

Credits and payment. You use Nasada with a balance of credits. Credits are not yet for sale: for now we add them to accounts ourselves, at no charge, when asked. When card payments open, one credit will cost one US dollar, and a payment provider will handle your card details; we will never see or store card numbers. A new account may receive starting credits from us; those have no cash value. A run is charged to your balance at the moment you submit it, at the price shown in credits. If a run fails for a reason on our side, the charge is returned to your balance automatically. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Prices may change; the price shown when you submit is the price you pay. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

Your content. The answers you give to each tool are yours, and so is what the tools produce for you: we claim no ownership in either, and to the extent we hold any rights in a result we assign them to you. You give us permission to process your inputs, and to store them and their results in your run history, solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit, and for not including personal or confidential information you are not permitted to share. Results are generated afresh for each run, and similar inputs from different people can produce similar results.

AI-generated results. Everything Nasada produces is generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or one-sided. A fact check is an AI’s reading of the web sources it found at the time you ran it, and a research brief is an AI’s synthesis of the same. Neither is professional advice of any kind: not legal, financial, medical or otherwise. You are responsible for checking any result before you rely on it or share it, and for any claims you go on to make with it.

Acceptable use. Don’t use Nasada to produce content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or designed to deceive or harm people, or to impersonate someone. Don’t try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, run automated traffic against it, or resell access to it. Where you publish a result elsewhere, you are responsible for that platform’s rules.

Availability and changes to the service. We work to keep Nasada available, but we don’t guarantee it, and we may pause it for maintenance. We may add, change or retire tools, and we will try to give notice when a change affects something you rely on.

Closing your account. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without cause, or shut the service down, we will refund the purchase price of any credits you paid for and had not yet used.

Disclaimers and limits. Nasada is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on a result, for indirect or consequential losses, or for any amount greater than what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law permits.

Your responsibility to us. If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the service, or because of content you submitted, you agree to cover the costs that arise from it.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. If a change is material we will let you know by email before it takes effect. Using Nasada after a change means you accept it.
