By using Nasada you agree to the following terms.

The service. Nasada is a set of AI-powered tools that produce written content, presentations, research briefs, and other work product from your inputs. Each tool shows its price before you run it. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Your account. You need an account to use Nasada. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments and refunds. You prepay credits to your balance. Credits are deducted per run at the price shown. If a run fails due to a system error, the credits are refunded to your balance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ownership. You own the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.

AI-generated output. All output is produced by AI models. It may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything before you use it.

Acceptable use. Don't use Nasada to produce content that is illegal, fraudulent, or designed to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Limitation of liability. Nasada is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output, or for damages exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
